In this class the poses are practiced one after the other emphasizing movement from pose to pose. The most common form are the sun salutations but there are many other ways to practice moving from pose to pose. The movements are taught with an awareness of the alignment of the body and all categories of the poses are practiced: standing, seated, twists, forward extensions, and backbends..
Note that this class is not appropriate for those with back, knee, shoulder/neck or other joint issues or health problems. Women should not attend if they are menstruating or pregnant. The class is appropriate for beginners to yoga as long as you are healthy.
