If you are new to yoga, Iyengar yoga or are returning to the practice after some time, the Intro series is ideal for you. Explore the foundations of Iyengar Yoga -- cover the basic postures and actions that make up Level 1. Attendance to all 4 sessions is strongly advised to receive the guidance of your instructor. Registrations are open up to the first class. Once the series starts there are no drop-ins. When the series ends, the learning will continue as a regularly scheduled Level 1 class at this time, allowing you to continue with the same instructor and dedicated group. 

Please note that because of the special pricing, there are no make-ups.
