How to Begin Practicing Pranayama at Home
If you heard that in 12-15 minutes a day at home you could support your physical and emotional regulation, study how to make all your practices and activities more meditative, breathe better, and give your immune system a boost, it would sound like the exaggerations of snake oil sales. However, that is indeed what a regular home practice of pranayama teaches us how to do.

In this two-hour workshop, we will focus on ways to meet these needs in a daily practice of pranayama, introducing variations for those who might wish to practice at different times of day.

This workshop serves as a taste of props and methods used in the Thursday morning pranayama class. It is an excellent introduction on how to begin a pranayama practice.
