Fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga is a four week series offered quarterly for students new to yoga or to Iyengar yoga. During these sessions you will be introduced to these “fundamentals” of Iyengar yoga:
Standing poses where the journey begins. These poses strengthen and open the body to awaken the mind.
Beginning seated poses: With practice over time these poses enable us to sit with greater ease.
Supported Reclining Poses: Begin to learn the art of relaxation.
Purchase the Fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga Pass for $60 for all four sessions. There are no make-up sessions with this pass.
You may also attend any session as a drop-in or current students may use their class pass.
