This dynamic class is geared for those between the ages of 17-26. Through movement the class will reduce stress, build strength, improve flexibility, and concentration. Through movement, one will leave class with an overall sense of well-being as all the systems of the body have been nourished.
Note that while this class is geared toward this age group, all practitioners are welcome to attend. Modifications will be given so that all can participate to their ability and benefit.
No experience is necessary.
