Teacher Training, Levels 1-3

These sessions are for Iyengar yoga students who are mentoring/studying with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) or are already CIYTs at levels 1 and 2 and may be interested in assessing  at the next level. Regardless of intentions to further one’s Certification, these sessions are for all mentees and CIYTs to further one’s understanding of yoga and refine one’s teaching skills in a supportive group setting.
