This class will emphasize moving in and out of the poses. It is especially geared toward youth but for EVERYONE else who does not have joint issues, such as wrist or problematic knees. “Youth” is more of a state of mind rather than years of age, so if you have no health or joint issues, come to awaken the body and refresh the mind….come and jump for joy.
