This workshop is geared for students who are familiar with sarvangasana and:
• Have not practiced sirsasana
• Would like to learn sirsasana but have fear
• Just learning sirsasana
• Have trouble going into and out of the pose with ease
• Can do the pose at the wall but want to learn to balance
• Would like to learn alternative poses to Sirsasana
We will start with preparatory poses to bring awareness of how the arms and shoulders work in Sirsasana and address all of the points above.
Ticket price will rise to $60 one week prior to class.
