These morning asana classes from Thursday through Saturday, September 24-26 are appropriate for continuing  beginner and intermediate students. These classes will provide a firm foundation for understanding the tenets and progression of Iyengar yoga. As such they are an opportunity for our students currently taking level 1-2 and 2-3 classes to work with a Senior teacher and progressively deepen their practice over the three days. 

This year Brian will focus on how the body responds to the breath and the breath to the body in the sequential order of learning pranayama.

In addition, these morning sessions will provide the basis for further exploration in the afternoon intermediate topic sessions. As such, it is suggested that all CIYTs (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers), students currently mentoring to become teachers, and keen students looking to further their practice and understanding attend the these sessions.



Refund Policy for Workshops

A full refund (minus credit card fees and a $10 cancelation fee) will be issued for all workshop cancelations that are received three days prior to the workshop date. This notification must be sent via email to [email protected].
If a cancelation is received less than three days prior, you will receive a 50% refund (minus credit card fees and a $10 cancelation fee) only if your space can be filled from a waiting list. There are no refunds for no-shows.

You may also choose to donate your space to our scholarship fund for students in need. We will always try to fill your space.
