This progressive 4 week series lays the foundation of Iyengar yoga and presents the basic postures and actions you will be taught in Level I/Beginner’s classes. Because it is taught progressively there are no drop-ins or make-ups. To get the most out of the series we encourage you to take each class to receive the direct guidance of the teacher. Completion of the series will give you an understanding of the Iyengar approach to yoga and the confidence to enter any Level 1 or Level 1-2 class.
